Riley Rothschadl completed a historic game in Tyndall on Monday night, as the senior blasted 4 home runs and drove in 11 RBIs.
This included a 3-run dinger in the first, a 2-run home run in the second, another 3-run dinger in the 3rd and a final 3-run blast in the 4th.
Teammate Carter Uecker also went 3-3 with 4 runs in the win, as Uecker was on base for every Rothschadl dinger.
Jefferson 5, Yankton 4
The Cavs took game 1 of the road series behind the bat of Dirk Fornwald, who went 3-3 with a pair of runs.
Shortstop Ryan Rysavy also drove in 2 runs on a pair of hits and scored a run of his own in the win, while teammate Logan Riddle also knocked in 2 RBIs.
For Yankton, Lucas Kampshoff hit a 2-run home run and Matthew Sheldon finished with a pair of hits.
Jefferson 16, Yankton 3
Jefferson completed the road sweep by scoring 12 runs in the last two frames.
The Cavs also had 18 hits in the contest, as Mason Riley went 4-5 and teammates Cohen Henry and Fornwald finished with 3 base knocks each.
Also for the winners, Carson Hughes hit a home run while driving in 5 runs and Keegan Johnston knocked in 5 baserunners on 2 hits.
Brandon Valley 5, Washington 1
Tate Ivers struck out 11 in 6 2/3 innings of work to earn the win for the Lynx.
At the plate, Cole Frisbie drove in 3 runs and Dawson Mork knocked in a pair of baserunners for the Lynx.

Washington answered in game 2 behind an excellent performance from Andrew Glovich.
The Warriors’ pitcher struck out 8 while giving up just 2 hits and a pair of walks in a complete game effort.
For BV, Tayden Mitchell struck out 6 batters in 2 innings of relief.
Stevens 14, RC Christian 13
The Comets made an impressive attempt at the win, scoring 10 runs in the final 3 frames, but Stevens held on for the win.
Brady Bickett, Sam Lust and Kade Walker each hit a triple for the winners.
For RCC, Cayden Von Eye scored 4 runs on 4 hits and Simon Kieffer went 3-3 with 2 walks.
Dakota Valley 18, C/F/M 2 (5 IN)
Isaac Bruns completed a perfect 4-4 day to lead the way for the Panthers.
The senior center fielder also scored 4 runs with 4 RBIs in the contest and teammates Drew Lukken and Brendan Barnett finished with 2 hits each.
Vermillion 6, Canton 5 (8 IN)
Tate Hage‘s RBI-double in the top of the 8th proved to be the winning play as Connor Roerig shutout down the C-Hawks with 2 strikeouts in the final frame to earn the Tanagers the victory.
Roerig threw 5 2/3 of scoreless baseball for the victors and Hage finished with two doubles and a single. Also for the Tanagers, Trey Hansen drove in a pair of runs on 2 hits.
In the loss, Matthew Anderson had a 3-4 day.
MVPCS 7, Tea 5
A 6-run 6th inning proved to be the key for the Padres as they held off a late Titan rally for the win.
Tyson Wentland lead the way with a dinger in the contest, while third baseman Drew Gerlach went 2-4 with 2 RBIs.
For the Titans, Teagan Dedula collected 3 hits and Logan Boom drove in a pair of runs.
C/C-E/F 4, SFC 3
Karter Headrick scored on a passed ball to walk off the win for the Fliers.
Headrick also drove in 2 runs on a hit and a walk for the winners.

Wagner finished with 14 hits in the dominant victory.
Joey Cournoyer and Colby Krcil both finished with 3 hits, while Matt Link, Teddy Slaba and Daniel Soukup had multiple hits in the contest.

The Bulldogs won a an exciting matchup that could be crucial come postseason play, as Baltic a multi-game lead over HBE for the #8 seed in Region 3.
Tayden Hansen lead the way with 4 RBIs on 2 hits in the win and teammate Riley Schultz crushed a solo home run.
For HBE, Keenan Waldera finished with 3 hits, while Jackson Jarding drove in 4 runs on 2 base knocks.

The Trappers had just 4 hits in the contest, but utilized 9 walks to earn the win.
Kory Keppen drew 2 of those walks and scored a pair of runs for S/M, while teammate Ajay Herrboldt went 2-2 with 2 runs and a walk in the leadoff spot.
