SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Sasquatch jumped out 17-6 lead courtesy of a 8-run 6th inning, but the Sunfish chipped away at the lead with 1 run in the 6th, 2 runs in the 7th and another run in the 8th. However, the lead was insurmountable, as even 2 runs in the ninth failed to secure to a Sunfish victory.
Charles McAdoo lead the Sasquatch with 2 doubles among 4 hits and 4 rbi. Teammates Ryan Bachman, Ben Parker, Nicky Winterstein and Johnny McHenry all secured 3 hits, with McHenry adding in his first home run of the season.
For the Sunfish, Kenneth Dutka hit his 3rd home run of the season and drove in 4.

Souris Valley Sabre Dogs (22-9) 20 | Pierre Trappers (9-20) 7
MINOT, N.D.- A late inning rally by the Trappers was not enough to overcome the Sabre Dogs on Wednesday night. The Trappers fell back 18-1 in the 6th inning by secured 3 single run innings from the 6th-8th before putting up a 3 spot in the 9th to finish the game on a high note.
Thomas McKenna had 3 hits for the Trappers and Braeden Cordes scored 3 times. Colin Adams also connected for his 4th home run of the season.
NEXT UP: The two teams will meet again at Corbett Field in Minot tomorrow. Game time is set for 7:05 p.m.
