Class A

Great Plains Lutheran 43, Castlewood 42

The Panthers picked up their 7th straight victory behind 9 points and 9 rebounds from Olivia Holmen. Teammate Madeline Prahl also scored in double figures with 10 points.

For Castlewood, Presley Knecht led with 14.

Groton Area 62, Tiospa Zina 18

Jaedyn Penning nearly completed the double-double, pulling down 9 rebounds to go along with 12 points in the win. For the Wambdi, Maya Deutsch finished with 9 points.

Milbank 52, Redfield 17

The Bulldogs put together a great defensive effort to earn the home win. Offensively, Isabella Anderson and Tyra Berry each scored 14 points for the victors.

In the loss, Katie Rozell finished with 10.

Miller 59, Sully Buttes 42

Morgan Kolda scored 17 points in the second half and finished with 23 points in the contest to lead the Rustlers to the victory. Teammate Paige Werdel also had 13 points in the win.

For Sully Buttes, Stevie Wittler dropped 25 points.

Canistota 52, Howard 40

Kayla Pappendick finished with 23 to lead the Hawks to the victory.

For Howard, Abby Aslesen completed a 12-12 double-double and scored her 1,000th career point.

Emmerson Eppard scored her 1,000th career point for the Flyers.

Baylee Breece led Baltic in the loss with 15 points, while teammate Caitlyn Pickett scored 13.

Harding County 69, Sundance (WY) 24

The Ranchers took down an out-of-state foe in dominant fashion. Bailey Verhulst lead the effort with 15 points and Claire Verhulst scored 13. Also in the victory, Jaelyn Wendt pulled down 11 rebounds.

Lyman 75, Stanley County 49

Makaylee Scott passed out 7 assists to go along with 20 points in the victory. Teammates Jordyn Scott (16 pts) and Skyler Volmer (15 pts, 8 ast) also had big performances for the Raiders.

Northwestern 67, Ipswich 37

Ashley Haven shot 11-14 from the field on her way to a 24-point performance in the win. Ana Ratigan also scored 16 points for the Wildcats.

For Ipswich, Gabby Wald scored 18 points.
